Job Description We're looking for an outstanding Art Director to combine their experience, problem solving abilities, team leadership, critical thinking, and creativity, working closely with both producers and narrators to deliver well crafted and innovative creative across the studio. This leader will implement the creative vision for initiatives through Art Direction in a way that supports premium consumer experiences. This person will also elevate the consumer brand experience through brand appearance of product, communications, collateral materials, digital and retail! Skills and Requirements - Minimum 8 years of relevant Graphic Design or Art Direction experience - Ability to build seasonal concepts, and provide the team with both short and long term vision - Understanding of the Brand Creative/Marketing process - Experience working and communicating directly with Brand Marketing partners - Familiarity with Adobe programs including Photoshop and Illustrator - Experience building inspiration/concept presentations, and mood boards for seasonal concepts and direction - Presentation/Communication style: Clear, Concise, and Thoughtful (strong verbal and written skills).
