Art Director
Description We are seeking an experienced and innovative Art Director to play a key role in shaping and evolving our brand identity. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a keen eye for design, and expertise in art direction across various creative disciplines. You will work closely with the Associate Creative Director and Copywriter to deliver compelling, on-brand visuals that elevate our messaging and resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Evolution: Innovate and expand upon current brand work, including logo refinement, visual identity, and the evolution of our color palette. - Art Direction: Lead the creative direction for visual projects, ensuring compelling and cohesive design across all touchpoints. - Photography Direction: Oversee photography concepts, styling, and execution to align with brand standards and marketing objectives. - Collaboration: Partner with the Associate Creative Director and Copywriter to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences. - Design Execution: Create visually stunning materials for digital, print, and experiential platforms that communicate complex B2B concepts in a simple, impactful way. Innovation: Proactively seek opportunities to refine and enhance the visual expression of - the brand, staying ahead of design trends and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand evolution, photography direction, and creative innovation. - Expertise in B2B marketing with an understanding of how to engage professional audiences. - Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
