REQ12455 Art Director (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Art Director is responsible to develop the visual direction and execution of Marketing and Brand Communication concepts for Melco properties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the visual direction and execution of Marketing + Brand Communication concepts for City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira integrated resorts.Supervise a team of Graphic and Multimedia Designers to ensure the quality and consistency of the creative work.A manager-doer role rather than just an overseer, the Art Director also backs up the team in creative execution to ensure the best possible creative outcome.Assist with Marketing and Media events, including attending events, overseeing photoshoots and video shoots as needed.Communicate with various departments to understand their design needs for various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury or hospitality industry, advertising or digital agencies.

Education

Diploma or Degree (or higher) in Advertising, Graphic Design or related disciplines.

Skills / Competencies

Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites. Optional: knowledge in Generative AI tools.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team of creative personnel.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different media.Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining high aesthetic standards
