For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $30 - $40 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Handle daily marketing card art requests, including the creation and updating of images for physical and digital cards. + Develop and maintain press-ready card art production files in compliance with brand and production standards. + Collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and with external suppliers to ensure high-quality outputs. + Manage and organize card art asset libraries using internal DAM, Adobe libraries, Confluence, and Figma. + Refine and create production-ready assets for other Brand elements, such as logos, illustrations and iconography, and deliver across internal libraries and tools. + Create and update Google Slide presentations to communicate concepts and updates effectively. + Maintain a clear understanding and adherence to Brand Standards to preserve our visual identity. **Experience Requirements:** + 3 years of experience + Art Director experience + Adobe experience + Must be able to work onsite in Richmond, VA **Education Requirements:** Bachelors Degree required _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
