We are on the lookout for an original and curious Art Director who wishes to bring new concepts and artistic expressions to life within a cohesive in-house team.
As Art Director in our Creative In-house Agency within the Marketing & Commercialization function for the Hearing Division in GN, you will be responsible for bringing the benefits of our products to life creatively. Starting with a blank canvas, you will be designing campaign concepts from scratch, pitching your ideas, and then following them through production, to ensure the dream is realized. You will be creating product campaigns with a digital and commercial focus, to use for launching new hearing aids globally across the hearing brands ReSound, Beltone, Interton, and Danavox, across 100+ markets.

We are the creative heart of the organization and manage and maintain the right look, feel, and sound across the Hearing brands and channels. Our goal is to differentiate the brands from the others in the industry and connect with the audience’s emotions and needs. The team consists of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers who invest themselves wholeheartedly in their craft without losing sight of team collaboration.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Together with other creative colleagues, develop concepts for campaigns, launches, and evergreen communication with a focus on overall visual direction, digital design, and storytelling.
Continuously updating the CVI’s for the hearing brands to ensure our visual identity guidelines are relevant and up to date with campaign executions.
Apply creative mastery to the visual elements of creative projects and tasks.
Create online and offline campaign assets.
Together with other creative colleagues, pitch and present ideas to internal stakeholders as part of concepts for campaigns.
Support our Creative Producer with graphics and typography for video productions.
Develop campaign guides to assist local marketing colleagues in implementing the campaigns created on a global scale.
Collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure brand compliance.
Ensure that our marketing communication is aligned with the value propositions of the hearing product brands.
Stay up to date with GN Hearing products and services, our target audiences, and our competitors' marketing activities.

Are a strong conceptual and creative thinker who can develop ideas and turn them into actionable plans.
Possess high-level skills in cross-media design, communication, and storytelling.
Have the ability to understand technical products like hearing aids and able to translate that complexity into easy-to-understand communication.
Are a creative designer who can utilize a 'Digital-first approach' or the 'tried and true' methods.
Have experience with and thrive in a busy and international environment.
Have an interest in developing and designing content by adapting trends, using best practices, and cultivating innovation.
Have a high interest in generative AI for optimizing creative processes like brainstorms and visual mock-ups.
Are skilled in the use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
Are an Advocate for working collaboratively, believing it enhances the quality of the final product.
Possess effective communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate and convey ideas.
Great at analyzing situations and translating complexity to simplicity by asking questions and suggesting ways to move forward.
Are proficient in English communication skills, both written and oral.
