**What's the role?**
As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in Roller's dynamic design team, driving creative excellence, innovation, and strategic vision. Collaborating closely with the digital and account service teams, you will bring integrated, cross-platform campaigns to life, enhancing Roller's reputation for delivering cutting-edge creative for all of News Corp Australia’s brands.
+ Develop and articulate creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, client objectives, and audience insights.
+ Execute and oversee creative across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, video, and integrated campaigns.
+ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Creative Lead (Art), account service,digital directors, studio managers, and video editors.
+ Provide clear, constructive input to elevate design and creative outcomes.
+ Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.
+ Actively contribute to strategic planning sessions, campaign brainstorms, and new business pitches.
**Who are you?**
+ Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative agency or in-house creative studio.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, design craftsmanship, and innovative execution across multiple media channels.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid understanding of digital design tools and emerging technologies.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
+ Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ A strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, design trends, and digital innovation.
