Role Description and ExpectationsThe Art Supervisor is responsible for generating ideas, creating concepts for design and layout materials from draft stage through to finished product with their copy partner; working closely with Creative and Client Service teams to ensure adherence to client’s marketing strategies and objectives within specified deadlines. They will also supervise the work of junior creatives on their projects. In this role, the Art Supervisor must have a solid understanding of Klick Health departmental procedures such as routing, print production, protocols, usage rights of stock, images for layout, as well as other internal procedures and solutions practiced by our creative craft. Key AccountabilitiesSolid understanding of client’s marketplace and can evaluate work in light of current marketing environment commercial awarenessClient facing experienceExperience designing and concepting directed to HCP Execute and direct creative that encompasses all media across print, video, 3D, interactive and socialReviews all materials for consistency in layout guidelines and all branding elementsWorks closely with other crafts (CS/PM/Strategy) to ensure smooth flow of jobs to meet deadlines/client's business needsOwn jobs, beginning to end with minimal supervisionManages and mentors direct reports; coaches, challenges, and provides opportunities for growthFollows up on set expectations, and provides coaching and guidance when standards are not being metMaintains awareness of budget requirements and limits; alerts Client Service in advance when work exceeds budget and obtain appropriate approvals to follow throughManagement of robust work streams. Develops strong relationships with all cross discipline internal teamsHas a solid client relationship; actively leads interactions with clients and forges bonds with stakeholdersContinuously stay current to marketing trends and demonstrate strong design ability that includes unique design style, typography, imagery, and technologyKey RequirementsExperience working with clients in the life sciences industry Agency setting knowledge and experienceMust be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communications skillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsExhibits sound judgment and decisive problem solving abilityAbility to work well within a team settingAbility to build client rapport and trustEstablished presentation skills Managerial skillsComputer proficiency; solid knowledge of design programs (Figma & Adobe Creative Suite)EducationBachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline preferredExperience5+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred  Design & Art Direction background Please submit a portfolio, samples, or a link to your personal website
