What You’ll Do for Us 

This role acts as a strategic business partner to the ARTD category marketing & operations leads, supporting along the strategy process, including the Opportunities Identification, Strategy and Business Tracking / course correcting. This will require the following: 

Support / lead ARTD LRP and ABP processes, including system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers. Routines management (bottlers alignments, T2T, Monthly Decision Points) with adequate data/insights to guarantee focus on strategy pillars and short-term alignment to company targets.Performance tracking to generate insights to accelerate zones´ results delivery.Innovation Projects & Strategic projects: support and/or lead strategic projects such as Competitive Intelligence, Market Maturity models, Data integration & other


Qualifications & Requirements 
Ability to integrate multiple insights through a broad and holistic approach, identifying opportunities and key business levers, landing into actionable strategies. 

This role acts as a strategic business partner to the ARTD Leads, supporting end to end from Strategy Formulation to Business Performance Tracking, partnering with Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams. 


Related Work Experience:

+12 years of experience in Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, among others. Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers, and experience interacting and influencing senior management roles. Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.

Mastery Of (Required)

Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach.  Problem framing & solving and PMO: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts. Industry and competitive assessment: business and execution strategy.  Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging.Solid business acumen skills: to translate data and insights to help inform key business decisions. It is a must to have solid hard skills on data tools.

Broad Expertise In (Good To Have): 

Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities. Deep experience with multifunctional projects impacting a larger system. Strategic consulting experience and or experience with agile ways of working. Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders. 

Communication Focus:

This role is responsible for the ARTD Strategy and Business Performance Tracking. This involves a fluid interaction partnering with functional peers, while also supporting, communicating and influencing senior management levels. Negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships are essential.Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.

Fluent English and advanced Spanish (desirable)
