UBS Bank (Canada) is currently looking for 2 articling students for the year 2025/2026 to assist in our Wealth Planning department.
This is a 12-month contract. Anticipated start date is July 2025.

You will be responsible for:
- prepare and file private placement reporting for certain products sold to Accredited Investors and Permitted Clients with the provincial regulators
- assist with Wealth Plans which include tax, trust, and estate planning issues including updating brochures and internal documents
- assist with our “Know Your Product” initiatives and other compliance measures affecting our Product lines
- work on committees addressing legislative amendments affecting our offerings/clients (examples include Reporting Requirements in the Income Tax Act, National Instrument 31-103, Internal Policies related to US Person clients)
- assist with new product launches (mainly from a security law and tax law perspective)
- assist with establishment of trusts with UBS Trustees
