Our consultants on the CE&I - Data and Analytics team help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data architecture and storage to data engineering and querying, to data visualization and dashboarding, to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as intelligent automation. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness. We focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive CE&I AI/ML Strategy aligned with business objectives & industry best practices, to include a multi-year roadmapCollaborate with key stakeholders (to include executive leaders) to successfully deliver AI/ML solutions across projects, all in accordance with scope, quality, and budgetProvide subject matter expertise and guidance in AI/ML algorithms, data modeling, data engineering, and data governance and support the deployment across various clientsMentor a team of data scientists and AI/ML engineers across the full AI/ML lifecycleProvide insights into industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI/ML, data management and analytics and champion their adoption across the organizationLead initiatives to prototype AI/ML solutions within a secure, sandbox environmentSupport the upskilling of staff across the organization to further improve the firm's AI literacyAs a member of the Data and Analytics leadership team, lead business development initiatives ranging from capture to writing of technical content in RFQsSupport firm-wide AI/ML initiatives


What You Will Need:

Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University TEN (10)+ years of relevant experiencehands-on experience in AI/ML, Analytics, or related technical roles with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.Proven track record of leading successful AI/ML initiatives, including model development, implementation, and deployment. Consulting experience across either the Federal Government, State and Local, or Energy Provider domains is requiredMust have significant experience with either Azure, AWS, or GCPExcellent communication skills with proven expertise leading teams across all size ranges (e.g., teams of two, teams of 30)Must be able to obtain and hold a Secret Security ClearanceThis role will require traveling to Guidehouse's Arlington or Tyson's office up to three days per week minimum. Must be open to hybrid work.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience developing and implementing an AI Strategy for clientelePreferable to have a degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related technical field; Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
