Opportunity Snapshot:

 

Compensation:  $53/hourLocation:  Carlsbad, NMAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Benefits:  Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Leads artificial lift efforts in the field including overseeing installations, surveillance, troubleshooting, and optimization focused on maximizing asset value throughout the well life cycle (includes equipment pulls and RCFAs)Engaged daily with production operations in the field and with technical teams in the officePerform fluid level shots on various forms of artificial liftTroubleshoot and resolve issues on all forms of artificial liftMonitor production of all wells to help identify when issues ariseCheck current rod design on failed rod pump wells and adjust as needed before repairSchedule repair and maintenance jobs on all wells such as load & tests, polish rod changes, or pump flushesEnter any subsurface jobs into Wellview database for documentation of the job Qualifications Basic knowledge of all types of artificial liftProficiency with all MS Office Suite programs with emphasis on Excel & WordStrong computer skills with the ability to learn and use the following applications: Rodstar, TAM, Wellview & all Microsoft Office applicationsOperational knowledge of SCADA systems (XSPOC) preferredDemonstrate leadership as well as verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of the organizationSupport and motivate vendors to achieve operational objectivesManage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little noticeAbility to self-motivate and work with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detailMust be physically able to lift >50 lbs and climb ladders/stairwaysMust have High School diploma or equivalent
