POSITION PROFILE

The Artist Assistant will be an integral member of the team in a fast paced wallpaper manufacturing studio.  This role is a physical job that involves directly applying plaster and paint to paper.  This is not a creative role, rather focused on application and manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of productionComplete product per production scheduleDirectly applying plaster and paint to paperLearn and master different application techniques for all lines of wallpaperMeet all critical product characteristicsMaintain work station clean, organized and safeUse of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requiredObserve all company policies and standard practices

Minimum Qualifications

Painting or plastering experience a plusMust be detailed and preciseMust be willing to follow directionsAbility to multitaskSome lifting (20-50 lbs max)
