Role:

 

The Expert in Artwork Compliance and Training is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the global packaging artwork process. This role involves managing deviations, overseeing investigations, and implementing corrective actions to enhance quality standards. The expert will define and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develop training programs for users of the artwork management system, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. As a key point of contact for compliance and training, this position plays a crucial role in delivering compliant and high-quality packaging artwork that directly impacts product safety and efficacy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage deviations, change control, complaints, investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with HealthCare Quality (HCQ).Define and maintain up-to-date SOPs, Working Instructions, and Guidelines to ensure the quality and compliance of operational activities.Ensure that artwork operations are fully auditable at any time by internal Quality Assurance (QA) teams and external regulatory bodies.Communicate regularly about the status of artwork quality activities and propose strategies to improve quality KPIs.Develop and maintain a user-specific training matrix, follow up on documentation reading activities, and contribute to the annual Training Plan in collaboration with HealthCare Quality (HCQ).Define, set up, and maintain training concepts and materials for the artwork management system (WebCenter) to assess user training effectiveness and validate user access. Ensure readiness of training documentation.Contribute to the validation of Computerized Systems Management for artwork through validation and testing activities.Serve as a key user of the artwork management system.Maintain access management for Computerized Systems related to Artwork.

 

Education:

 

Academic Degree (minimum bachelor's) in natural or applied sciences and/or Business Administration.Fluent in English and either French or German (both written and verbal communication).Comprehensive knowledge of artwork, packaging operations, and distribution.Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills to simplify and convey technical information on Artwork Development concepts.Strong project management skills.A business-oriented mindset with demonstrated conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.Good understanding of business operations, including supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.

 

Experience:

 

Relevant knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.Familiarity with cGMP, cGDP, and other related regulations.Proficient in using Quality Record Tools.Strong understanding of GMP, including documentation and quality management (deviation, CAPA, change control).Knowledge of packaging manufacturing and/or packaging development processes.Understanding of artwork planning and regulatory processes.Proven ability to work in international, multicultural teams and engage in cross-functional activities.
