STRATEGIC CONTEXT

Immunology(Dupixent) Franchise mandate is to be the growth driver and contributor of innovation through the delivery of best-in-class HCP and patient experienceThe MCO Immunology(Dupixent) Franchise concentrates all marketing MCO-strategic activities for Dupixent/Itepekimab and is expected to support South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.This position is responsible for leading Dupixent AS/COPD marketing in Korea through strategic engagement and effective marketing mix mainly in collaboration with sales team, Sr customer engagement manager and brand lead.
 

KEY DIMENSIONS: SCOPE & SCALE

SK Respiratory business delivers >4m€ sales in 2024 with impending critical anchor indication launch (COPD) in early 2025.The AS/COPD Customer Engagement Manager holds a pivotal position in orchestrating a dynamic and cohesive AS/COPD ( Asthma / Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) marketing execution in SK  to reinforce strong market presence and drive growth. The portfolio of his/her responsibility entails AS, COPD and upcoming new respiratory indications.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The AS/COPD ( Asthma / Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) Customer Engagement Manager leads Commercial and cross-functional team in the execution of Global and MCO brand strategy through the implementation of strategies and tactics such as Customer personas, Customer journeys, Customer engagement planning, and Go-to market execution with excellence.Deliver the AS/COPD key priorities/financials by driving the best customer experiencesSupport the AS/COPD brand plans for the pan-Respiratory portfolio  Co-lead local commercial operation planning for impactful execution aligned with brand strategies.Build customer engagement plans in partnership with brand lead, sales, medical, BO&S by mapping the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and working to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and overall experience to deliver brand objectives. Run branded/unbranded campaigns and promotions via various marketing mix to the target HCPs/patient/mediaDrive GTM maturity of commercial way of workingLead contents development & dissemination by customer persona aligned with MCO brand plan.Support sales team’s capability / expertise improvement with seamless trainings and optimized STEM/CONNECT executionSupport the management of core allergy/pulmonology-related societiesPrepare and execute the COPD commercial launch  Collaborate with relevant departments, brand lead, Sr CEM and global to achieve Respiratory brand goalEngage brand team to get necessary support and cooperation in global functionsTrack customer engagement performance KPIs and engagement. Compliance: Respect corporate commitment and compliance guidelines.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS 

Education Background : University of college graduated. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, business administration, communication or any related field is preferred. Pharmaceutical Industry & Brand Management Experience:  At least 3 years in pharmaceutical business in sales, marketing, medical and communications (including > 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing).Immunology Knowledge & Experience: Established knowledge or experience in AS, COPD or immunology product in Korean market is preferredUnderstanding of Sales and Marketing operating model, Go to Market (GTM) transformationStrong experience in developing and executing customer strategy.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean & English
