We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role you will:

Provide in-depth support to production system considering its criticality. Ensure that the system is getting monitored continuously 24x7 by the shift engineers.Be available for support when any issue occurs outside the working hours.Adherence to the timelines/SLAs on fixing the issues based on priority.Maintaining log of all issue resolution and performing root cause analysis of frequent issues.Resolution of queries from consuming applications and responding them with the progress updates.Documentation of all information required eg. consuming applications, APIs etc and publish production dashboard.Attend RCA (root cause analysis) meeting and take the action till closure.Follow up production incident till closure.
