We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:   + Conduct comprehensive investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims. + Assign and oversee work to field investigators + Assign and manage assignments to internal units + Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records, environmental reports, and witness statements. + Interview claimants, witnesses, and experts to obtain relevant information. + Prepare detailed investigative reports and summaries. + Collaborate with legal teams to support litigation efforts. + Maintain accurate and organized case files. + Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to toxic tort and asbestos claims. Qualifications:   + Minimum of 3 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos claim investigations. + Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. + Experience working with legal teams in a litigation setting. + Familiarity with medical terminology and environmental science. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. + Proficiency in using investigative tools and software Location: Remote - Western part of the U.S. Powered by JazzHR
