We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Conduct comprehensive investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims.Assign and oversee work to field investigators Assign and manage assignments to internal unitsGather and analyze evidence, including medical records, environmental reports, and witness statements.Interview claimants, witnesses, and experts to obtain relevant information.Prepare detailed investigative reports and summaries.Collaborate with legal teams to support litigation efforts.Maintain accurate and organized case files.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to toxic tort and asbestos claims.
Qualifications:
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos claim investigations.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Experience working with legal teams in a litigation setting.Familiarity with medical terminology and environmental science.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Proficiency in using investigative tools and softwareLocation: Remote - Western part of the U.S.
