ASC Administrator I
**Responsibilities** The ASC Administrator is responsible for administrative oversight and management across multiple Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) locations. Responsibilities include providing leadership, direction and administration of activities to ensure accomplishment of the ASC’s objectives. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining the ASC budget, creating and monitoring essential KPIs, managing business office functions, including billing/coding, developing and maintaining physician relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures related to the ASC. The ASC Administrator reports to the Senior Manager, ASC.. **Job Title: ASC Administrator I** **Location: Springwoods Village, North Houston Campus** **Department:** **ASC Administration** **Job Type: Full Time** **Salary Range: $90,932 - $112,318 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)** **Qualifications** **Education** Required: Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management/administrative experience. Preferred: Master’s Degree healthcare management related field **Experience** Required: 1-2 years of previous as coordinator, project manager, supervisor experience. Advanced degree in Business and/or Healthcare Administration will count equal to one year of supervisory/management experience. Preferred: Ambulatory Care Management experience. ASC or hospital outpatient surgical experience **License(s)** Required: Valid Driver’s license Preferred: N/A **Special Skills** Required: Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations and regulatory standards for healthcare or surgical facilities (AAAHC, AAASC, JCAHO, OSHA, TDH, and CLIA) Preferred: Experience with ASC Business Office activity; AR, Coding, Insurance verification, collections. Experience with ASC operations guidelines as governed by CMS. Ability to develop strong relationships with physicians **Other** Required: Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
