About this opportunity:

In this exciting role, you'll have the unique opportunity to perform audit, analysis, design and optimization activities predominately across the radio network.  As a Network Engineer at Ericsson, you will work in a team environment and leverage your technical skills and understanding to improve performance of our radio networks ensuring best in class end user experience.

What you will do:

Work on projects whose objective is to improve overall radio network performance.In a team environment, analyze the data collected from drive testing and system counters to make suggestions for performance improvement of the radio network.Perform audits of the radio network to baseline performance as a basis for any improvements that can be made.Understand customer requirements and together with the team develop the plans for performance improvement of the radio network.Whilst working on projects, where possible identify and propose add on sales opportunities for our design or optimization servicesSupport presales engagements where required to define design and optimization proposals toward our customers.Encourage the development and implementation of analytic intelligence, data usage, and new analytic tools and frameworks where possible whilst working on projects.

The skills you bring:

Solid foundation and understanding of mobile communication radio networks  Applying your knowledge to identify and propose recommendations to improve radio network performance.Ability to identify areas that can be automated to improve efficiencies.Applying Data Analytics to support analysis and subsequent recommendations to improve overall radio network performance.

Qualifications:

Fresh Graduate of Engineering courses (2023 onwards), requiredCan work hybrid setupCan start asap
