A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Integrated Community Services Project Coordinator (ICSP) on the Mesa, Arizona campus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In conjunction with Administrative Assistant for ICSP, Use ASDOH identified tracking system to be the administrator for all ASDOH student information, including current contact information, immunizations (D1-D4 years), rotation-related information, including evaluations and other reporting features as needed, and implemented. Annually implement and track the OSHA, HIPAA, and BBP training for ASDOH students D1-D4 years. Track completion/submission for all rotation-related requirements in preparation for review by Director of ICSP.In conjunction with support from the Sr Administrative Assistant, keep an updated calendar with schedules for student meetings, rotations, and ICSP Staff Meetings, schedule all rooms needed for student and staff meetings, and prepare all paperwork for student and staff meetings as needed.In conjunction with Administrative Assistant for ICSP Update Site visits as needed, including report writing and documentation of visit, verification of contact information, staff, and student rotation lists, and address any issues and/or changes in rotation.Provide technical support to students for the ASDOH-identified student management system.Use the ASDOH-identified tracking system to manage all preceptor credentialing information and training, CPR, and dental license information.Maintain contact with all active external rotation sites to maintain accurate contact information, addresses, preceptor lists, and update any site-related records.Assigned other site or preceptor management issues as required.Reporting contact for all issues related to the ASDOH identified student management system (daily procedure reporting and tracking).Assist as needed in ATSU-ASDOH Annual Faculty Advance.Assist as needed with orientation and/or graduation activities.Attend training seminars or conferences for the designated ASDOH-identified student management system.Other duties may be assigned by the Director of ICSP as appropriate.ATSU offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverages, among more.
