Job Title: Aseptic Training Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking an Aseptic Training Specialist to conduct training activities for aseptic manufacturing areas. The role involves ensuring proper gowning procedures, maintaining sterility, and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance and effectiveness in training.

ResponsibilitiesConduct and support gowning training and associated Standard Operating Job Trainings (SOJTs).Sample and ensure sterility in the gowning process and collaborate with the Environmental Monitoring (EM) lab on results.Assist with associated training and departmental paperwork.Work cross-functionally with the site training and EM team.Essential SkillsGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.Experience in aseptic processing.Bachelor's degree in life science field preferred; Associate's degree with recent relevant experience acceptable.Experience in training within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, specifically aseptic training for operators or previous EM experience and training on gowning.Foundation in pharmaceutical quality and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments within and outside of quality groups.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in aseptic processing.Work Environment

This is an on-site role working in the Environmental Control (EC) department. The aseptic training team is based in the trailers but will also conduct classroom teaching as needed. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexible hours depending on business needs, ranging from 6 AM to 7 PM. Remote work is not permitted. This is a great opportunity for individuals from Environmental Monitoring (EM) or operations who enjoy training and working with people. There is also potential for growth into supervisory and leadership roles, with opportunities to interface with other departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
