The ASG Solutions Architect – M365  will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft Messaging services and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners.They will also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading services within our customers’ and partners environments.

 

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Include but not limited to:

Responsible for the design, consult, and implementation of Microsoft messaging and identity solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements including:Microsoft ExchangeActive DirectoryMicrosoft 365Entra ADConditional AccessMulti Factor AuthenticationSaaS IntegrationSelf-Service Password ResetResponsible for the migration of:Latest legacy Exchange and Active Directory infrastructure to M365Plan, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services deployments and migrationsPerform PowerShell scripting for automation, documentation, and standardizationEnsure security is integrated into all Microsoft 365 architecture solutionsDevelops technical roadmaps for future Microsoft 365 implementationsGuide strategic customers as they design and implement Microsoft 365 projects ranging from greenfield deployments, tenant consolidations, and business transformations through on-site and remote engagementsDeliver best practices and recommendation to clientsCollaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentationsPlan, manage, and troubleshoot complex customer environments, deployments, and migrationsCollect, produce, and update deployment and design documentation for customer engagements Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibilityMinimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Messaging & Identity technologyMinimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Messaging/Identity technologyMinimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment Required Skills Proficiency with the design, implementation, migrations, and support of Microsoft Messaging & Identity solutionsStrong project time management and communication skillsConsultative approach to deploying enterprise architecturePassion for technologyExpert and timely decision-making skillsStrong written, presentation and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong troubleshooting skillsDrive to learn and deploy new technologyReceptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to travel to client sites upon reasonable request

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years’ experience of Architect services Certifications Required Microsoft Associate Certification, must be obtained within 6 months of employment Unique Requirements Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
