The ASG Solutions Architect – M365 will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft Security services and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners.They will also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading services within our customers’ and partners environments.
This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions using Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel.Architecture Development: Create detailed architectural designs and documentation ensuring solutions meet business needs and follow best practices.Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft tools to align with client requirements and integrate with existing 3rd party security tools.Data Loss Prevention: Design and implement data management strategies within the Microsoft Purview and compliance ecosystem.Logic Apps for Sentinel Integration: Develop Logic Apps to automate workflows within Microsoft Sentinel, including integrating with external data sources and enhancing threat detection capabilities.Testing, Deployment, and Documentation: Conduct testing and validation of solutions, manage their deployment, and create comprehensive documentation for them.Automation and Presales Scoping: Identify automation opportunities for security processes, develop automation scripts, and collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the presales phase. Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of professional experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role.Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft XDR, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel.Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Logic Apps for integrating and automating processes in Microsoft Sentinel.Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Graph API for handling security events and alerts. Required Skills Proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Security solutionsStrong knowledge of Microsoft XDR, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel. Strong project time management and communication skillsConsultative approach to deploying enterprise architecturePassion for technologyExpert and timely decision-making skillsStrong written, presentation and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong troubleshooting skillsDrive to learn and deploy new technologyReceptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to travel to client sites upon reasonable requestPreferred Qualifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Unique Requirements Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
