We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Asia Fixed Income Investment Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities

The role is focused on supporting HSBC Asset Management’s award winning and market leading Asia fixed income capability as an advocate and ambassador of the investment team. The role will define the sales and marketing narrative, communicating effectively to key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Serve as a proxy portfolio manager with clients, regulators, senior management and other key stakeholdersProvide regular and topical market and strategy updates to clients as well as sales and marketing teams in the form of written reports, ad hoc written responses, verbal interaction and Powerpoint presentationsGenerate ideas for thought pieces and effective communicationAttend and participate in client meetingsContribute to product development and launchesUnderstand and articulate the competitive positioning of the capability and product setContribute to business strategy thinking and direction in relation to the Asia Fixed Income franchiseWork closely with internal and external stakeholders such as; HSBC Clients, Global Fixed Income Investment Teams, Global Sales, Client Service, Marketing and Product
