What You'll Do

General support for SBST HR admin and logistics Support in preparation of AP SDC meeting materials and general coordination  Track PDG metrics and remind SBST and LM on key processes Support in preparation of quarterly AP SBST connect and annual offsite Facilitate required documentation such as offer letters, change memos, promotion letters Support SBST recruiting efforts, provide excellent candidate experience as well as seamless process Support with compensation and associated administration for AP SBST Support the year-end bonus process via ComPro Preparation of materials relating to promotion nominations Ensure data accuracy and comprehensive record keeping in Workday Engage in broader opportunities for AP SBST on their overall learning & development Engage in analysis of annual engagement survey and related action plan for AP SBST  General support for other HR operations and analytics Support tracking of AP people metrics Engage in global people projects and initiatives Backup support for HR analytics team on data collection, analysis and reporting  General support for ODC operations and analytics Support in preparation of ODC meeting materials, logistics and general coordination Remind MDPs and ODC advisors on key processes and action steps Ensure data tracking and data accuracy in MDPV and various MDPT files Provide analytical support to MDPT analysis  General support for other MDPT operations and analytics as needed Partner/Principal pipeline and OPT (Officer Promotion Team)  Lateral MDP tracking, on-boarding and integration Senior Advisor tracking, on-boarding and overall management 

What You'll Bring

More than 5 years working experience  Analytical capabilities Advanced skills in BCG’s digital toolkit including Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello, Miro GenAI-related technologies, etc Experience with Workday a positive Comfortable working with virtual teams across time zones, and experience across a range of AP markets

We are seeking an Asia Pacific HR Coordinator to work as a key part of the AP regional People Team and AP MDP People team. The role has two key aspects He/she is working closely with AP BST HR &HR Ops Senior Director to support HR operations agenda, mostly for our AP SBST group.  The role is responsible for all aspects of the SBST employee lifecycle, with particular focus on facilitating our annual performance management, HR data management and HR compliances. The role will also engage in global people projects and support HR analytics. He/she is working closely with Asia Pacific MDP HR Director to support MDP MDP People team in Asia Pacific. The overall objective is to support the promotion and development process of AP MDPs. Given the MDP People team is a small team, the role will be expected to provide ad hoc support to load balance with the team during peak seasons, i.e. supporting other MDPT programs as needed, such as AP Senior Advisor program
