Primary Duties
Manage AP requests regarding raw materials and ingredient pools.Manage, create, update and maintain substances, raw materials and ingredient pools.Request and organize data from raw material suppliers to support global regulations.Monitor and interpret global regulations and determine how the regulations affect our substances, raw materials, formulated materials, customer applications, and the product’s end use.Support the management of our internal product lifecycle management systems to ensure that additions, updates, and maintenance being performed by other departments within H.B. Fuller do not compromise any aspects of existing regulatory compliance statuses.Seek out and report as appropriate to business and technology teams on industry/government news (going beyond chemical regulatory and into world and application trends).Develop relationships with the Global regulatory, and AP R&D, Sourcing and EHS colleagues by working together in a collaborative manner.Implement and innovate efficient regulatory data management processes to improve response time to requests. Manage Regulatory holds within AP regionSupport SAP implementations and dual maintenanceBe guided by the objectives and goals established for the processes, determine actions to achieve the objectives set, analyze the performance of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) according to the defined frequency, establish and monitor actions and evaluate their effectiveness.Follow H.B.
