Asia Pacific Senior Finance Analyst
WHAT YOU'LL DO
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior Finance Analyst - AP Regional Office Primary responsibility includes supporting AP FP&A Manager in finance planning & analysis by tracking financial performance across the region working with local office teams to understand underlying business reasons impacting financial outcomes for AP region. Support the planning process, including co-ordination & consolidation of various SBU plans/forecast & also backing up as a subject matter expert for local finance teams, review and highlight key messages to regional leadership. Work directly with local office teams within AP region to provide decision support in various areas including weekly revenue analysis, monthly MIS, backlog reporting, non-billable cost analysis, PA reporting & other ad-hoc reporting as needed to analyse business reasons. Support in preparation for regional chair presentations relating to EC, OC, WWOM & Leadership meetings as required. Support in analyzing opportunity pipeline, VBP performance, competition analysis, pricing analysis & investment tracking working closely with local teams & AP client teams. In Addition, support broader cross functional AP regional leadership teams in ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required. AP Regional Finance support Being a back-up to the other AP Regional Finance team members as required Supporting the roll-out of new policies, processes, and initiatives by the Global Finance function Providing support to the local Finance teams as required Liaising with Global services, Global finance and other Regional Functions as required Driving digital initiatives to improve our reporting and analytics.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
CA/CPA/MBA with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Work experience: Internal: Experience in BCG Finance preferred, with good working knowledge of BCG accounting, planning and systems External: of around 5-8 years working in Finance planning & analysis, revenue management & commercial areas preferred. Experience in professional service industry around financial modelling, analysis & reporting.

Advanced computer literacy: Working knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems, SAP and BCG’s BIR tool preferred At minimum strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Affinity with more advanced analytics tools like Tableau & Alteryx is a preference. Good business sense, working knowledge of BCG/service industry commercial\\\\finance process. Good analytical skills with an attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a virtual team and a global environment through establishing positive and productive working relationships (self-motivated, responsive, service oriented) Proven ability to plan work effectively and prioritize work, even in stressful situations.
