iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.  

 

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Asia Pricing Lead VIE in our Global Pricing team you’ll support both countries and GBUs in achieving Sanofi’s ambition: maximize our products access and profitability. To do so you will work closely with key regions- such as Asia (i.e., Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, JPAC and Southeast Asia) to ensure pricing compliance and optimization.

Main responsibilities:

Being in charge for Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, JPAC and Southeast Asia of validating that prices (for all Sanofi Global Brands, excluding CHC) are set and updated in line with the Sanofi Global Pricing Governance and Pricing Principles.Guides affiliates in optimizing prices, considering both Global Products Pricing Policies and local market conditions.Contributes to informed decision-making, assessing, with a WW perspective, new prices impact on both patient access and profitability.Work closely with country commercial leads, Local Market Access teams to monitor both execution of pricing strategies as well as Pricing trends, risk & opportunities for countries in scope.Acts as advisors to Country/MCO MAx teams on Pricing topics as well as how to navigate the global MAx organization.Carry out proper training on pricing information management sensitivity and confidentiality and Pricing Tools (GPS, Databases etc.) to Country/MCO Max teams.Bring ad hoc Market Access & pricing support to Taiwan Market Access teams.

About you

Experience:

At least 1 year of professional experience in Consulting, Healthcare, Finance, Analyst, Policy/Market Access.Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Soft and technical skills:

Understanding of reimbursement systems, international pricing rules and major pricing systems and their evolution would be an asset.Structured and analytical mind with proven track record (advanced quantitative and analytical skills).Effective written and oral communication skills – will be working closely with in-country teams (approx. 15 markets).Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude.Skilful at manipulating data into meaningful actionable insights.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and respond effectively with internal customers.

Education:

Master’s Degree in a quantitative / scientific field (example but not limited to Science / Engineering/ Economics / Finance will be advantageous).

Languages:

Fluent English, notions of Mandarin would be a plus.
