Asian Marketing Coordinator assists the Asian Marketing Manager in creating, promoting & executing all Asian Marketing Programs (inclusive of festivals activations and off-site community events)

 

      Compensation: $22.50/HR

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact: 

Contributes to program development to help the department achieve its goals.Ensures that all patrons are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner when participating in a promotion or event.Assists in arranging all entertainment for Asian Marketing programs.Handles any patron and team member questions, complaints or problems pertaining to promotions or events promptly.Responsible for detailed planning and execution of events and promotions as directed by manager.Assists all on and off-site Asian marketing programs and responsible for tracking and analysis of these programs.Complete reports, database, and correspondence in a timely manner to meet deadlines as established by internal and external sources.Works with selected third parties to ensure flawless planning and execution of their events when held on property.Ensures Asian Marketing programs projects are meeting established timelines and come in within budget.Event planning, VIP Services and general hosting experience preferred.Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office productsPerforms and completes all other duties as assigned.24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employeesExposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises. You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.

Skills to Help You Succeed: 

Upbeat & Positive Attitude.Team Player.Adheres to all department/company policies and procedures.Preferred to speak Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean; not required.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency Qualifications

Must-Haves: 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred or equivalent in professional experience required.

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays. Ability to stand 75% of the time. Ability to sit 25% of the time. Able to life 50 lbs. What We Offer
