Job Title: ASIC Design EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Design Engineer to work on cutting-edge digital designs and develop IP blocks for Telecom and Datacenter ASICs. Join our team at the forefront of Datacom technology, creating the next generation of Ethernet and OTN compliant ASICs targeted at some of the largest and fastest-scaling telecom companies in the world.

ResponsibilitiesCreate IP blocks that meet industry standards for use in OTN, Ethernet, CXL, and PCIE FPGAs or ASICs.Enhance the ASIC development process using advanced tools and scripting.Design and document the micro-architecture.Develop designs using Verilog.Support verifiers and contribute to the test suite.Track and resolve bug reports from start to finish.Collaborate with external customers and internal engineers to verify, validate, and deliver IPs for use in OTN and Ethernet FPGAs or ASICs.Mentor and guide junior engineers.Essential Skills5-10 years of experience in ASIC/FPGA design.Proficiency in ASIC design, RTL, and System Verilog.Experience with FPGA design, Ethernet, PCI, and OTN.Proficiency in VHDL or Verilog.Experience in block and subsystem design.Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, OTN, MPLS, and Datacom/Datacenter ASIC/FPGA.Experience with timing closures.Proficiency in TCL, PERL, and Python coding.Experience with DFT (Design for Test).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with kit tools.Experience with other protocols is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
