Resumen Purpose of the position Supervise, control and monitor the activities inherent to the Human Resources area in your Unit, in order to ensure and guarantee the proper application of human resources guidelines, policies and/or programs in line with the Company's Strategic Plan. Job Responsibility: To manage the HRs of the units for which it is responsible, ensuring that values are practiced through the application of procedures, internal programs linked to motivation, training and compliance with current legislation; Ensuring the attraction and selection of professionals suited to the levels of compliance, quality and productivity required to achieve the goals and objectives of the areas, processes, products and clients, in perfect alignment with the Company's culture and values, through the application of the R&S Guideline; Ensuring the onboarding process for new employees, in order to inform them about the culture, values and work environment, highlighting important information for their working life; Ensuring the veracity and proof of employee registration data with the HR ERP, in accordance with Labor Legislation and/or Collective Bargaining Agreement and/or Regulatory Standards; Ensuring that hours are recorded, by means of electronic clock-ins, recording certificates and dealing with any discrepancies identified, in order to guarantee the veracity of the data included in the employees' payroll, by applying the Frequency Control Guideline (Time & Assistance Sistem); Ensuring the correct closing of the payroll for their Unit/Regional Office, taking responsibility for sending the information on benefits/discounts to HR-Headquarters within the pre-established deadlines, and checking it, in order to eliminate errors in the payment of employees in their Unit/Regional Office; Ensuring adequate service to employees/leaders when clarifying doubts on matters pertaining to the area, with the cordiality, politeness and kindness that are essential for a good working environment; Ensuring support for programs, campaigns and/or corporate events, promoting and making resources available; Contributing to the development and implementation of the talent management process and career plan, supporting the identification of strengths and weaknesses and planning careers to meet the current and future needs of the Unit/Regional; Monitoring HR indicators and seeking to achieve the targets set, suggesting corrective measures for continuous improvement, together with the Human Resources Management Unit; Leading, developing and encouraging the team to achieve the objectives and targets set for the area; Coaching the Supervisors of the units where they work; Acting as Business Partner for all HR subsystems, ensuring the implementation of internal processes and the standardization of actions. Provide guidance to the HR departments of the units for which they are responsible, providing clarification and tactical and strategic guidelines on all HR subsystems; Ensuring that your unit's payroll is correctly closed, taking responsibility for sending the information on benefits/discounts to HR-Headquarters within the pre-established deadlines, and checking it in order to eliminate errors in the payment of your unit's employees; Complying with internal audits and legal inspections; Acting in accordance with applicable laws and Swissport's SOPs and policies; Perform other related activities as requested.
