They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team of problem-solving marketers within the PwC Private group. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our market presence and supporting various marketing initiatives.
You will provide essential support for client-facing events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and leave a lasting impression. Your expertise will also be crucial in managing both internal and external communications, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful.
A significant part of your responsibilities will involve data management, segmentation, and list review. You will ensure that our marketing databases are meticulously maintained and segmented to target the right audience effectively. Regular list reviews will be conducted to keep our contact information current and relevant, thereby optimizing our outreach efforts.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Campaign Administration:
Tracking & Updated Event Registration Forms
Data input and entry in various Marketing platforms (C3, Salesforce Tagging)
Data Quality Assurance (Correct Spelling, CASL consent, etc)
Data Consolidation (cross referencing audience list to avoid duplications, pulling out key accounts etc.)
Internal Processes
Filling independence requests
Filling sponsorship requests
Updating DailyHub pages
Translation Requests
External Marketing Activities:
Prepping and drafting Salesforce Marketing Cloud Comms/Language
Prepping name tags for events & alphabetizing
Manage minor webpage updates
Support the Brand team:
Assisting the Brand Manager in tracking and monitoring brand compliance and communication efforts.Conducting analysis of brand compliance requests submitted by Partners and Staff to the Brand inbox.Adhering to established procedures and responding with standardized email templates.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Demonstrated junior experience in project management and/or data management
Working experience with CRM and/or complex digital platforms
Excellent ability to draft compelling communication
Detail-oriented, self-starter who can work well within a remote team, and excels in a fast-paced, corporate environment, while multitasking priorities within deadlines
Excellent understanding of marketing as a competency and ability to develop others
Superior time management and organizational skills to manage timelines as well as balance coordinator duties along with additional expectations
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
