Conducting work study and work measurement, Ergonomic study. Workstation /Line Balancing and Operator work balancing. Generation, Maintenance Of Documents Like, JHA, Process flow sheets , MSWCD, in process check sheet, Process Audit sheets,  etc. Generation, Maintenance Of Procert Documents Like, SIPOC, PFMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R ,   etc Generation, Maintenance In process standard work, MHE handling Standard work, Procter Standard work, Etc. Designing and Establishment of Procert Tools, Gauges, Instruments. Apply statistical process control methods for analyzing data to evaluate process. Assembly line design, implementing and adopting Lean initiation like MSWCD, Material Presentation, Etc. Technology transfer and Bench Marking Selection, Procurement, & installation of Equipment’s, Jigs, Fixture . Develop new ways to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities. Sort out process related problems. Team Management and Guide / training manufacturing team on process requirement. Improvement of manufacturing process, Productivity, EHS & reduction of cost. Plan and monitor process audits on the shop floor in regular basis. Introduce / improve manufacturing processes with a view of better quality, reduce costs & improved safety. Design & provide material handling & storage equipment’s. Check the quality of the raw materials being used in manufacturing. Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions on a timely basis. Assess the man power that will be required to make the product. Follow EH&S ruler & regulations of OTIS & implement EH&S programs & activities. Continues Improvement Projects Like, Cycle time reduction / Productivity Improvement / OPS / Ergonomic Improvements/Quality Improvement etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering from a reputed institution.

EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a large scale engineering industry.

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRES

Good Communication skill. Ability to understand, implement and apply lean tools and concepts to Company Production Systems Implementation or improvement. Demonstrated ability to oversee the design, analysis and implementation of industrial engineering methodologies to optimize capability and capacity throughout the value stream. Experience in managing or leading teams/cross functions teams. Experience in working with external suppliers.
