VATC, LLC an Athenix Special Missions Company is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland. **Please note: This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. We will be sure to provide status updates and next steps during the hiring process.** ASM Quality Policy: To meet or exceed our customers’ expectations for quality, delivery, and service through continual improvement, striving to meet our objectives, and committing to meeting all legal and statutory requirements. **Primary Location: Cheltenham, Maryland** **Security Requirements:** Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police **Job Summary** : As the On-site Supervisor, you will also serve as the Project Manager. Duties include but are not limited to: **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Supervise all role player activities + Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario + Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations + Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines + Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility + Act as a liaison between the USCP and role players + Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews + Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract **Experience/Education:** + Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management; military or government civilian setting preferred.
