What You'll Do as an (ASN) Advance Shipping Notice Coordinator:

Coordinate with receiving teams to identify ASN turnbacks.Create ASNs for parts on SAP POs without ASNs.Collaborate with portal support to resolve supplier portal issues.Track and analyze ASN turnbacks to improve processes.Engage with material planning to update POs for ASN creation.Change inbound delivery locations to ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chainBe proficient in SAP or other ERP systems with experience in Purchase Orders and Advance Shipping Notice transactionsBe familiar with transportation management systems (TMS)Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsHave a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
