**Job Overview** Develops and manages projects to support clients' growth in the pharmaceutical market, covering commercial, marketing, and financial aspects. Investigates and facilitates the market access of new products, ensuring client satisfaction and leading teams in complex solutions. Provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects. **Essential Functions** • **Consulting Methodologies and Market Knowledge** : Develop broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through engagements and participation in learning opportunities • **Market Research** : Conduct market research to understand business needs and generate product requirements • **Client Meetings** : Attend, support, and present at client meetings • **Stakeholder Management** : Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to support product development • **Strategic Alternatives** : Leverage business experience and acumen to identify strategic alternatives to client questions • **Documentation and Specifications** : Assist in the development of detailed documentation and specifications • **Proposal Development** : Assist in the development and writing of proposals with senior support • **Team Collaboration** : Work in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, and workshops with client employees, management teams, and other stakeholders, under the guidance of top team leaders • **Learning and Development** : Contribute to learning and development **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields + 1-4 years of related experience Req + Advanced Microsoft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required to create detailed reports, presentations, and data analyses + Knowledge of statistical methodologies for market research + Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals + Effective time management skills IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
