Role description:
The purpose of the ASC Program Specialist role is to support the effective management and execution of the Arcadian Share Plan (ASP). In collaboration with the ASC Program Manager, the Specialist will assist in ensuring compliance and operational excellence while actively advocating for the program to enhance employee awareness, engagement, and participation across all jurisdictions where Arcadis operates.
This role focuses on providing comprehensive support, facilitating stakeholder communication and coordination, and ensuring accurate data management to support the programs’ strategic objectives. The Specialist will contribute to the standardization and optimization of program management processes and play a key role in communicating the program's benefits.
The ASC Program Specialist reports directly to the ASC Program Manager and together forming an integral part of the Global Performance and Reward COE of Arcadis.
Role accountabilities:
This role will support the ASC Program Manager in developing a comprehensive program management plan for the Arcadian Share Plan Program. In addition, they will:
Actively support the ASC Program Manager in the execution of the ASP program’s plan by preparing detailed reports, coordinating high-level meetings, and managing key communications to ensure alignment with programs’ objectives. Develop communication materials and strategies to promote program awareness; serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and encourage participation. Coordinate regional communications and meetings; create content for presentations, town halls, and newsletters to keep stakeholders informed and motivated. Collaborate with vendors, payroll teams, and employees to resolve complex queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses that contribute to the smooth operation and success of the programs. Develop and maintain program documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible for audits and reviews. Assist in preparing regular reports for senior management, providing timely and accurate updates on program performance and benefits realization. Collaborate closely with the ASC Program Manager in to support the development and implementation of governance frameworks and compliance strategies. Participate in regular monitoring and auditing of compliance activities related to ASP, helping to identify and address any discrepancies or risks, thus ensuring the program remains on track and aligned with its goals. Support the ASC Program Manager in managing relationships with external vendors and benefit providers, ensuring they deliver services that meet organizational standards and contribute to the successful delivery of program benefits. Identify opportunities for improving program management processes, standardizing documentation, and automating routine tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management.Qualifications & Experience:
Our ideal candidate holds a relevant professional qualification in project or program management such as Prince2, Managing Successful Programs (MSP) and has experience in supporting complex programs, ideally within a multinational organization. They should have experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships, including with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and support common goals will be essential. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are required, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse audiences, effectively presenting information and fostering program advocacy.
