Things You’ll Do + Rake and shovel asphalt. + Help equipment operators facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of paving equipment and materials. + Help measure and mark out areas where asphalt paving will be performed. + Dump asphalt into windrows from belly dump trucks. + Help prep construction site, and keep construction areas and equipment clean to eliminate possible hazards. Requirements + Must be 18 years or older. + Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat. + Attention and commitment to safety. + Ability to work well with others in a team environment. + A strong work ethic. + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
