Job Summary As an Aspire Lounge Agent, you are the vital first impression and set the tone for each guest’s experience. Your responsibilities range from providing a warm and welcoming check-in to ensuring guests feel comfortable and informed throughout their stay. Your role encompasses a variety of tasks, including expertly making coffee, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest inquiries or needs with a high level of customer focus. This all-rounder role will require you to work across a shift pattern aligned with airline schedules. Your adaptability and dedication are key to ensuring that each guest feels at ease and ready to relax. From the moment they arrive, you will be their primary point of contact, offering support and creating a pleasant atmosphere. This position demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. By excelling in these areas, you will help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Your activities Consistently engage with guests in a professional manner, personalizing their experience whenever possible. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception, barista station, buffet area, and amenities to ensure a pristine presentation. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Aspire Lounge brands, services, and products. Manage lounge capacity based on bookings, invitations, passenger forecasts, and traffic flow. Understand and adhere to airline contract requirements and various entry channels into the lounge. Collaborate effectively with service provider contractors and internal stakeholders as a cohesive team. Ensure accurate reporting, stock receiving, and timely billing processes. Demonstrate a customer-centric and team-oriented approach with a resilient and can-do attitude. Your profile Experience in delivering premium bespoke hospitality. A friendly, welcoming, and professional approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Driven by the delivery of great service. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and collaborate as part of a team. Able to remain calm and poised under pressure. Holds or is able to undertake RSA and Food Safety Handling Training, maintaining these qualifications diligently. What we offer On-site employee parking available. Uniforms provided.
