What You'll Do Assign daily work assignments to maximize operations Work alongside employees in the performance of their duties Assist department in meeting safety, production, and quality goals Coordinate production activities with other departments Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures What You'll Need Minimum 2 years maintaining environmental control systems Minimum 1 year leading teams preferred Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
