The Position

Job Summary:

The job holder takes responsibility for leading the IE team to drive the projects within manufacturing, including continuous improvement and IE projects, as required....The job holder also leads performance monitoring across all manufacturing areas, drive and complete the optimization that affects the production efficiency, cost, etc.

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop and improve IE system process and implementation plan, according to department development plan and goal.Responsible for IE team management, new employee training, team building, performance assessment, target setting and implementation, etc.Production standardization, systematic establishment, according to work order to set up the standard capacity, standard HC and other system standardization.Lead improvement projects, include standard manufacturing cost, shop-floor logistics analysis, SQDEC Kanban, indirect material process optimization, etc.Responsible for the production shop floor improvement, use IE methods and tools to promote the elimination of waste, cost saving.Participate in plant digital project, including digital Kanban, etc., and evaluate efficiency and feasibility.Develop IE basic teaching materials, organize the training of IE methods and tools, and support MFG team members to improve their improvement ability.Promote and implement lean production improvement activities with lean management concept.SHE management related work, promote SHE related KPI achievement in manufacturing department.Coach and develop IE team membersOther tasks assigned by head of Department.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Information technology or Business Administration.Experience in ISO 13485 environment is preferredMore Than 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment (preferred cGMP).5+ years’ experience in project management.Good communication and team work.
