Assemblagemedewerker voor electro/mechanische instrumenten

Wil jij als Assemblagemedewerker van electro/mechanische instrumenten een rol spelen in de groei van zonne-energie wereldwijd? Dat kan bij OTT HydroMet in Delft, waar wij meetinstrumenten maken, die wij wereldwijd leveren, om de zonnestraling te meten.

Als assemblagemedewerker van onze meetinstrumenten werk je zowel zelfstandig als in een team, in het maken, testen en kalibreren van onze producten.

Houd je van techniek, werk je nauwkeurig, ben je leergierig en heb je ervaring met fijn mechanisch/electronische assemblage? Zo ja, dan leren wij jou graag verder kennen. 

OTT HydroMet in Delft bestaat uit zo’n 85 medewerkers, maar heeft 500 werknemers wereldwijd en maakt deel uit van Veralto, een beursgenoteerd Amerikaans bedrijf. Dus wij kunnen ook veel doorgroeimogelijkheden bieden.

In deze rol ziet een typische werkdag er als volgt uit:

Assemblage en kalibratie van instrumenten tot de gewenste doorvoersnelheid.

Deelnemen aan dagelijks visueel management om dagelijkse doelen vast te stellen en te volgen.

Meedoen aan diverse inspectiestappen tijdens de bouwfasen.

Ondersteunen van collega’s bij het bouwen van ondersteunende gereedschappen en elektrische kasten die nodig zijn voor de assemblage.

Deelnemen aan kaizen-evenementen om onze doorvoer en productiviteit continu te verbeteren.

De essentiële vereisten voor deze functie zijn:

Minimaal Kader techniek, bij voorkeur MBO 4 techniek.

Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in assemblage en solderen binnen een productiebedrijf.

Spreekt Nederlands (vereiste); kennis van Engels is een pre.

The Mechanical Electronics Technician is responsible for building high quality precision products, accessories, tools and cabinets in our production department in Delft, Netherlands. If you are passionate about helping our production team to build and assemble electronic, mechanical and optical products, then this job is for you.

This position is part of the Operations department and will be located in Delft, Netherlands and will be on-site to support our production team.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Assemble and calibrate instruments to the desired throughput.

Participate in daily visual management to set and track daily targets.

Participate in various inspection steps during the building phases.

Support colleagues in building supporting tooling and electrical cabinets necessary for assembly.

Participate in kaizen events to continuously improve our throughput and productivity.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

Atleast Kader techniek, preferably MBO 4 techniek.

Atleast 2 years of assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing company.

Speaks Dutch (pre-requisite); knowledge of English preferable.
