What We Offer: $18.00 per hour Weekly pay Opportunity for full-time direct hire Production bonus Temperature-controlled environment Conveniently located in Grovetown, GA Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Training and development-focused What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Must be flexible to work 3rd shift 1+ year(s) of production experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be flexible for overtime, including 10-12 hour shifts and weekends Ability to bend, lift, stand, and twist for 10-12 hours Must be able to perform repetitive tasks as needed Ability to stand for entirety of an 8 hour shift (with one 15 min break, one 30 min break, one 10 min break) or a 10 hour shift (with two 15 min breaks and one 30 min break) Able to lift up to 50 pounds when performing job tasks What You’ll Do as an Assembler: Work individually at a production station or at an assembly station as part of a group, to perform operations on various parts according to specifications and build schedules Conduct and record performance tests, make final adjustments and check defects using testing equipment as required Use motorized vehicles, hoists and/or handling equipment to handle and transport material, skids, containers as required Maintain clean workspace Lubricate, clean and perform preventative maintenance and minor repair as necessary Perform training, cross-training and the rotation of jobs, and fill-in when necessary Perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job  Observe all safety rules and regulations in the performance of job duties Perform other tasks as assigned
