**Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift** **Job Description** + Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms. + This position requires precision and skill, as you will be working in a cleanroom environment using a microscope and small hand tools to assemble intricate components. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small components, such as coiling wire and small tubing, using a microscope and hand tools. + Work primarily in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards. + Perform tasks involving fine motor skills and attention to detail. + Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. + Proficient in using small hand tools. + Capability to work long hours in a cleanroom environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience required; training will be provided. + For R&D Assemblers, experience in medical devices, particularly catheters, is preferred. + Skills with using measuring equipment such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers. **Additional Information:** + Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time on 1st Shift. + Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
