Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description: Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in building high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards and delight our customers. Under the guidance of our experienced production supervisors, you'll help us achieve excellence in every product we create.

Responsibilities:

Precision Assembly: Follow detailed engineering documents to assemble products that meet the highest quality standards, production goals, and customer specifications.Tech-Savvy Operations: Use computers to check schedules and update the manufacturing status of jobs.Quality Assurance: Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing to ensure every product meets our stringent quality criteria.Continuous Improvement: Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Team Collaboration: Assist in training other employees, resolving inquiries, and addressing problems to foster a supportive team environment.Material Handling: Perform material handling activities as needed to keep the production line running smoothly.Process Optimization: Review assembly processes and methods, recommending changes to drive continuous improvement.Engineering Interface: Communicate effectively with engineering to ensure accurate information flow.Documentation: Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation, and reject tickets.Active Participation: Engage actively in team meetings and group discussions to contribute to our collective success.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and work rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Housekeeping: Maintain high departmental housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED is requiredUp to 2 years of experiencePrevious industrial experience
