Miller Brother Staffing Solutions in York, PA has the immediate need of experienced Assemblers for 2nd shift. 

Shifts:  All shifts are Monday- Friday
2nd- 2pm-10pm
 

Pay Rate – $15-$16/hour based on experience

Job Description/Duties

Performs assembly operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Installs parts according to the Assembly Manual, special instructions, prints or other documentation. Utilizes air gun, radial drill, cutoff saw, and other powered tools to fabricate parts for installation. Completes layouts for header panels and cuts appropriately sized holes. Works at different work stations as production needs require. Operates overhead crane to move subassemblies into place. Removes materials from crates and boxes. Verifies quality of work performed and documents results. Takes appropriate corrective action if a deviation is found. Perform safety observations/inspections as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus.
