**Overview** **Job Title: Assembler 2nd Shift** **Job Location: Williamsport, PA** Under minimal supervision, and in accordance with written and oral instructions, performs operations required to; prepare and chemically clean/plate components, load and operate furnaces in order to perform brazing operations, load and operate exhaust stations to evacuate (vacuum exhaust) tubes. Standard procedures are established and work is semi-routine in nature **Responsibilities** + Prepare and install tubes for exhaust cycle. + Monitor/control temperature and pressure to meet specifications of various tubes. + Troubleshoot potential vacuum leaks on tubes and/or exhaust stations. + Record / maintain data sheets as required by procedure. + Maintain work area in clean / orderly manner. + Maintain barcode accuracy at 100% + Initiate clear pass down instructions for next shift. + Grit / Bead blast exhausted tubes and components as specified. + Inspect/PM equipment as specified. **Qualifications** + Associates in Electronics or equivalent preferred but not required + Able to perform mathematical calculations. + Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity. + Good organizational skills, and able to give and follow oral and written instructions. + Trainable on programmable DCP’s. + Able to read mechanical drawings / blueprints. + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear personal protective equipment. **Stellant Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
