Assembler A shift

Adecco is currently seeking an Assembler, in Rochester, NY. To be considered for Assembler position, candidates must have a minimum of 3-years previous direct experience in manufacturing environment. The Assembler will be responsible for, fitting, and adjustment of small to medium-sized parts, as well as sub-assemblies and major assemblies, following process sheets. The role may also include the teardown, cleaning, and reassembly of refurbished items.
**Responsibilities of the Assembler:**
+ Maintains proper quality and quantities of manufactured materials.
+ Operate small equipment such as presses, magnetizing/demagnetizing equipment, scanners.
+ Operate degreasing systems as required.
+ Able to calibrate and zero equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance.
+ Use general measuring instruments, such as indicator, calipers, and height gages.
+ Rotate from one job to another if needed.
+ Maintain accurate documentation.
+ Follows all established company policies
+ Follows all established safety procedures and precautions. Including filing incident/accident reports.
+ Notifies Supervisor of all unsafe/hazardous conditions or defective equipment.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Requirements of the Assembler:**
+ Could require intermittent and long periods of sitting and/or standing.
+ Required to do repetitive work.
+ Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 50 pounds.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
