Adecco is assisting a top company in the area, recruiting for an **Assembler** in **Independence, MO** ! **Job details** + **Type:** Temporary (12 Months) + **Location:** Independence, MO + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM) + **Pay Rate:** $16.50/hour **About the Role** We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. **What You’ll Do** + Assemble products according to engineering drawings and specifications + Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met + Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and structural materials + Use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools + Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work environment + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals + Perform additional duties as needed **What We’re Looking For** + Ability to use common hand tools + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (training provided) + Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs + Comfortable working in enclosed environments and on uneven surfaces + Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail + Experience working with fiberglass or resins (preferred) **Ready to take the next step in your career?** Apply today and start building your future with us! **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
