**Job Title: Assembler / Harnesser** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you will be responsible for the assembly of wire harnesses on a large schematic or blueprint board. This role requires precision in reading schematics or blueprints to accurately place each specific wire or cable, often following a color-coded system. You will also connect wires and cables into various connectors, utilizing basic hand tools and power tools to secure and assemble parts according to the schematic board. **Responsibilities** + Assemble wire harnesses based on schematic or blueprint instructions. + Accurately read and interpret schematics or blueprints to determine wire or cable placement. + Connect wires and cables into different connectors. + Utilize basic hand tools and power tools to tighten, screw, or connect parts on the schematic board. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Competency in wiring and general labor tasks. + At least 6 months of mechanical or electronic assembly experience in a fast-paced environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan and full benefits, providing our employees with the support and security they deserve. **Work Environment** Work in a fast-paced, highly productive environment where standing for the entire shift is required.
